techUK is pleased to invite members to join techUK's Delegation to Climate Week NYC, taking place from 22 to 25 September 2026, to meet customers, policy makers, investors and officials in New York Climate Week, the world's biggest climate festival. 


Climate Week, brings together heads of state, global business leaders, investors, tech and civil society over 1,000 events. Held alongside the UN General Assembly, it is the standout moment for the private sector in the  climate calendar, and a huge opportunity for UK climate tech companies to raise their profile, meet investors and corporates, and understand more about operating in the US. 

The delegation will spend 2.5 days in New York meeting with businesses, investors and ecosystem leaders relevant to your priorities. Companies part of the delegation will get introductions to potential partners and clients, plus access to Climate Week NYC's official programme and a curated set of side events. 

techUK will support companies in navigating the week to ensure they get real ROI from the trip, and will facilitate introductions to relevant companies and investors on the ground. 

The delegation will have a particular focus on the following areas: 

  • AI and industrial decarbonisation 
  • Climate finance and ESG reporting 
  • Clean energy and grid technology 
  • Carbon removals and mitigations 
  • Circular economy solution providers 
  • Nature solutions and adaptation

Who can apply? 

Participation is limited to one delegate per member company to ensure a high-quality and focused delegation. 

The delegation is open to: 

  • techUK member companies 
  • Non-member companies that meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligible participants should be: 

  • Representatives of climate tech, clean energy or related digital companies with a clear interest in, or active expansion plans for, the US market. 
  • Senior management role in the organisation. 

Cost and Practical Information: 

  • £500 per delegate for techUK members 
  • £750 per delegate for eligible non-member companies 

This contribution supports techUK's ability to deliver a high-quality delegation experience and helps us continue to offer similar international opportunities to members. 

Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs and techUK will manage the delegation programme, engagement opportunities and logistics throughout the visit. 

Registration deadline 

The deadline to register is Friday 28 August 2026, close of business (COB). 

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility.
