Meeting rooms and event spaces

techUK offers its members and non-members a diverse collection of conference rooms for business meetings and events. At our offices near Fleet Street, our seven spaces are regularly hired for events (up to 120 people), training sessions, workshops, and breakfast briefings.

In addition to our conference rooms, we offer a separate networking area for our members, for refreshments, breakfasts, lunches and afternoon receptions. ​The networking area also includes 30 hot desks where members can stop off whilst in London, enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee, meet clients, or check email using our wi-fi.​

Following the move to hybrid working in recent years we have invested in new technology to ensure each meeting room has high spec video capability.

Room Prices

Members receive a 50% discount on the below list prices.

SME members receive a 65% discount on the below list prices, plus a complimentary room allowance which includes two full-days or four half-days per year for rooms 5, 6, and 7. A benefit worth £500.

Hayley Hillis

Senior Office Manager, techUK

Hayley is the Senior Office Manager, joining techUK in August 2019, managing the Facilities team and front desk.

Prior to joining techUK, Hayley worked for a pharmaceutical market research company for 15 years, where she was the Facilities and Administration Manager and had many responsibilities including managing a small team, all building facilities and services management, managing all company staff events, with a strong focus on staff welfare, productivity and ensuring health and safety requirements were implemented and maintained.

Hayley is also a qualified massage therapist, with a keen interest in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.
