techUK is offering the chance for members and select non-members to join a techUK delegation to Kyiv & then Lviv, Ukraine, for the IT Arena tech conference, as well as meetings with the Ukrainian Government and Ukrainian tech companies. The delegation will take place between September 22-27.  The 22nd September is the day we will travel, we will be in Kyiv from the 23-24th, with the tech conference taking place on 25-27 September. Further details will be available once you have signed up.

IT Arena is Ukraine’s biggest tech conference, which covers several technology verticals including defence-technology. The Conference is attended by 7,500 visitors from 40+ countries and has 100+ speakers across an array of panels.

Alongside IT Arena, techUK will be aiming to hold meetings at a senior and/or ministerial level with Ukrainian officials from:

  • The Ministry for Digital Transformation
  • The Ministry of Defence
  • The British Embassy in Ukraine
  • IT Ukraine Association
  • Diia City United
  • The Mayor of Lviv & Lviv City Council
  • Other Government, Private Sector, and Third-Sector stakeholders as requested

Last year, techUK organised the same delegation to IT Arena, where we met the then Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykhailo Federov. The trip led to commercial outcomes for several delegates. Read more about it here.

Ticket prices:

  • Member ticket to Kyiv: £1,300.00
  • Member ticket to Lviv: £925.00
  • Non-member ticket to Kyiv: £1,550.00
  • Non-member ticket to Lviv: £1,175.00

Please note that the above delegation fee does not include the IT Arena ticket, transport between Poland and Ukraine, or accommodation in Kyiv and Lviv. It also does not include flights to Warsaw, Poland, where the delegation will formally depart together for Ukraine, or return flights from Rzeszow, Poland, at the end of the delegation.
