Under techUK’s recently published MoU with the National Fire Chiefs’ Council (NFCC) techUK has established a forum where techUK members and DDaT representatives across fire services will convene regularly to discuss the challenges that the services face to achieving their DDaT objectives and the opportunities that technology can bring.
This session will focus on the challenges and opportunities presented by Geographical Information System (GIS) technology, including its use to map incidents, analyse risk patterns, and optimise resource deployment for faster, more effective emergency response.
Speakers TBC.
This meeting will take place in a hybrid format allowing members to attend both in person and dial in. If you would like to attend in person, please register ASAP as spaces are limited.
