During the webinar, techUK members heard from Edward Pollard, Director – Executive Engagement at the Biodiversity Consultancy as he explained the difference between nature and biodiversity, offered an overview of the risks present in tech value chains, and reviewed relevant regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks.
Members had the chance to interact with our speaker and ask questions about topics such as utilising technology for biodiversity monitoring, best procurement practices, strategies for accessing relevant data, and considerations for companies that do not own land.
