Andrew has been at DSIT (previously DCMS) since 2016 working on digital policy including telecoms and data protection. He is responsible for cyber security policy including skills, innovation and product security. His teams also manage a cyber programme portfolio including LORCA, Cyber ASAP, Cyber Discovery and the formation project for the UK Cyber Security Council. Andrew was previously at the Home Office.
