The UK-China Tech Forum, organised by the China-Britain Business Council and techUK, convenes senior figures from business, government, and academia to connect, share knowledge, and explore the opportunities shaping UK-China collaboration.

Modern technologies are central to addressing the defining challenges of our time: from healthcare and climate to industrial resilience. As both governments prioritise innovation-led growth, this annual event highlights how collaboration can advance shared priorities in areas such as advanced manufacturing, health tech, and green technologies.

This year’s discussions take place against a backdrop of shifting industrial strategies and tightening controls on critical materials, developments that are reshaping the global tech landscape. The Forum provides a practical space to unpack these trends, share best practice, and showcase how UK and Chinese innovators can work together to deliver sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes.
