techUK members are invited to join a final online engagement session to help PDS shape the new National Digital Business Change Strategy for policing.

Business change is central to how policing delivers digital, data and technology transformation, and to how the service operates effectively, builds public trust and protects communities. This Strategy will set the direction for how digital business change is planned, delivered and embedded across policing, and industry insight is a vital part of getting it right.

Why join this session?

Over recent months, PDS has hosted a series of face-to-face workshops bringing together colleagues from policing, partner organisations and technology providers. These sessions have generated valuable insight and shared learning that is directly informing the development of the Strategy.

We recognise that not everyone was able to attend the in-person workshops held in June. This two-hour online session is a final opportunity for techUK members to contribute before the consultation closes.

Speakers

  • Jo Faulkner, Head of Business Change and Benefits, Police Digital Service
  • John Derryman, Chair of the National Change Board and Chief Services Officer for Wiltshire Police
  • Milan Bollegala, Technical Business Analyst, Police Digital Service
  • Russell Kinson, Senior Business Change Manager, Police Digital Service

Who should attend?

This session is relevant to techUK members working in or with the policing and public safety sector, including those in digital transformation, business change, data and technology delivery roles.
