National Crime Agency End User Services (EUS) early market engagement
10am – 12.30pm21 November 2025
London and online
techUK, 10 St Bride Street, London, EC4A 4AD
This is an opportunity to engage with the National Crime Agency (NCA) regarding a potential forthcoming procurement for end user services (EUS) and associated requirements. It is open to both techUK members and non-members.
This procurement will focus on the provision of asset and configuration management end user services, valued at approximately £5 million per annum over a maximum term of five years. Potential suppliers are invited to this early market engagement to hear more about the requirement, share their views, and participate in a Q&A session.
The NCA approaches engagement with an open mind and welcomes all input. In-person attendance is preferred and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; however, a virtual option will also be available.
For clarity, the NCA will also conduct market engagement under a CCS framework. The sessions will be similar across both events, and potential suppliers may attend either, both, or neither, at their discretion, where applicable to that framework. Feedback from this session will inform future engagement. Please note that the NCA cannot reimburse any cost of attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face.
The market engagement session will consist of:
a) A presentation and context setting by the NCA, with an open Q&A session for both in-person and virtual attendees.
b) A more direct Q&A opportunity — approximately nine potential suppliers to one NCA staff member — in a small roundtable format for in-person attendees only.
The NCA invites potential suppliers attending in person to participate in a roundtable during the second half of the session. This offers an opportunity to discuss specific topics directly with the NCA. When registering, please state whether you wish to attend in person and join a roundtable (maximum one attendee per roundtable). techUK will not operate a waiting list, and once the roundtable slots are full, no changes can be made.
Potential suppliers may submit questions in advance.
For practical queries about in-person or virtual attendance, contact [email protected].
For questions about the potential procurement itself, email [email protected].
Please note: a maximum of two attendees per supplier may attend in person (and one attendee per organisation per roundtable). Registration closes on Wednesday 19 November, 17:00 for both in-person and virtual attendance, and late registrations cannot be accepted.
In line with the NCA’s transparency obligations, any advance questions about the procurement will be addressed during the market engagement event; direct replies will not be provided before the session.
The NCA and techUK look forward to welcoming you to this early market engagement on 21 November, 10:00 – 12:30, at techUK’s headquarters, 10 St Bride Street, London EC4A 4AD.
