Join techUK to hear from private and public sector experts on what you need to know about when exporting to the US.

This event will suit any company looking to export, but has a prticular focus on SMEs. Despite accounting for 60% of UK employment and 52% of business turnover, only about 11.6% of SMEs export. This is a significant gap, but an understandable one given exporting is a significant step in the future of any business.

That’s why we want to demystify exporting to the US for our members; help any firm looking to do this to access the information they need to make exporting a success; and to provide opportunities for techUK members looking to export.

This event will assemble experts from the private and public sectors to give insights, focused on SMEs in particular, on what to do when exporting to America. This includes how to prepare to enter the US market, forging partnerships in the American market and entrenching your business as a new market participant.

We will also explore how to partner with US state governments and their procurement systems.

Whether you are thinking about exporting, are preparing to do so or have begun already, this event is the perfect opportunity to gain the inside track on what to do, who to contact and where to go when exporting to the US.
