From Analogue to Digital: How the UK Tech Sector Can Deliver the 10 Year Health Plan Call for Case Studies - Shape techUK's Flagship Health Report
techUK is developing one of its most significant health publications to date: "From Analogue to Digital: How the UK Tech Sector Can Deliver the 10 Year Health Plan" and we want members to be central to this work.
techUK is developing one of its most significant health publications to date: "From Analogue to Digital: How the UK Tech Sector Can Deliver the 10 Year Health Plan" and we want members to be central to this work.
Following the success of the SME Evidence Pack launched in 2025, this new report will go further. It is designed as a practical delivery document for Government and NHS leaders, demonstrating how the analogue-to-digital shift in health and care is already happening - safely, at scale, and with measurable impact.
Why This Report, Why Now?
The 10 Year Health Plan sets out an ambitious programme of reform. But the analogue model - fragmented systems, paper-based workflows, reactive rather than proactive care - cannot deliver it alone. Digital is not an add-on; it is the delivery mechanism.
This report will make that case with evidence. It will align directly to the outcomes Government and NHS leaders are focused on, covering priority areas including:
- Access & Flow - virtual care, outpatient reform, triage
- Productivity & Workforce - automation, AI-assisted decision support
- Prevention & Population Health - risk stratification, remote monitoring
- Patient Empowerment - app-based access and self-management tools
- Data & Interoperability - federated data platforms, integrated analytics
- Clinical Safety & Quality - digital surveillance and decision support
- System Leadership - digital-enabled care models
Your Opportunity to Contribute
techUK members are at the forefront of this shift. Your real-world case studies and deployment experience are what will make this report credible, compelling, and actionable for policymakers.
We are now inviting members to submit case studies through our online form. Submissions will be structured around:
- The problem being solved
- The analogue barrier that existed
- The digital intervention deployed
- Outcomes achieved (including early-stage results)
- What enabled success
- What has blocked scale
- Relevance to national policy and the 10 Year Health Plan
We are actively seeking a diverse range of contributions - from SMEs and large enterprises, across health and social care, and representing different geographies and care settings.
Submit Your Case Study

Deadline: Friday 31 July 2025
Submissions will be reviewed and developed in partnership with members during July and August, with a light sign-off process ahead of publication. The report is planned for launch at the Annual techUK Health and Care Summit later this year.
This is an opportunity to put your organisation's work in front of DHSC, NHS England, and arm's length body decision-makers - as evidence of what works and what government can do to enable scale.
