Join NHS England's Core Services team for an update on enabling fast, safe and secure patient data sharing across the NHS.

Session overview

The session will introduce the National Care Records Service (NCRS), demonstrate how it works today and outline its future direction. We will also provide an update on the Clinical Data Gateway and its role in enabling secure, scalable access to patient information.

Attendees will hear the latest developments in patient flags, including Reasonable Adjustments and Child Protection Information Sharing (CP-IS).

We are seeking supplier feedback on proposed directions of NCRS, Clinical Data Gateway and patient flag services. We want to understand whether our proposed capabilities meet market needs, how suppliers would integrate with them, what barriers to adoption exist, and where we should prioritise future development to maximise value and uptake.

Who should attend

Technology suppliers who integrate with NHS England APIs, or who use NHS England services within their products and workflows. The session is aimed at senior strategic, product and technical leaders responsible for roadmap planning, integration, interoperability and service adoption.
