On Tuesday 18 November from 14:00 – 16:00, we are pleased to be hosting a Public Sector SME Partnering and Networking event. This event will offer technology companies large and small the opportunity to network, learn from one another and find new ways of collaborating and forging partnerships. This event will take place in person at the techUK offices.

It will be an opportunity for SMEs to showcase their innovation and capabilities, a chance for larger companies to improve the services they deliver in the Public Sector through having an SME as part of their supply chain, and a way for both to expand the network of companies that they work with.

If you’re an SME: techUK is always championing the work that SMEs do and the value they deliver, if you’re an SME this is your chance to showcase exactly what it is that you can do. Highlight the challenges you face in trying to access the Public Sector market, what partnering with a larger company can do for you as an SME and the value you can bring. If you would like to pitch please fill out this form. You’ll each have 1 minute to pitch.

If you’re a large company: The innovative nature of SMEs means that a partnership can bring a multitude of benefits. Prepare to discuss what your company does to support SMEs, the value you see as a larger company and what advice you have for SMEs looking to break into the Public Sector market.

The format for the event is below, we will hear from SME Crown Rep Shirley Cooper, get a public sector landscape analysis from Tussell, hear from a couple of large organisations on how they work to support SMEs, pitches from SME organisations who would like to pitch, and then we will continue the discussions over networking at the end.
