On 3 September from 10:00 – 11:30, we are delighted to host HMRC for an online early market engagement event in advance of the planned procurement of Border Services Delivery.

The requirement will support the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of critical digital services that underpin customs and border operations, helping HMRC to provide resilient, secure and user-focused services for traders and intermediaries.

Session overview

Through this session HMRC will:

  • Provide an overview of the programme and strategic objectives
  • Outline the services and capabilities expected to be within scope
  • Share the proposed commercial and procurement approach
  • Present the indicative procurement timeline and next steps
  • Seek market feedback to help inform the final procurement strategy and delivery model

This engagement activity is being undertaken to inform HMRC's future procurement and does not form part of any formal assessment or tender process.

Who should attend

Attendance is open to suppliers with an interest in the opportunity, including organisations seeking potential partnering arrangements.
