The Royal Air Force will be critically dependent upon data, information, cyberspace and digital technology to deliver its full spectrum, joint multi-domain effects. We will gain operational and business advantage by investing in our people, harnessing information and fusing data, protecting them all as vital assets and persistently innovating and adapting with them. We must put data at the heart of everything the RAF does and structure ourselves to meet this new method of operating and war fighting. Our Digital Vision is to be:

A Next Generation Royal Air Force that works, operates and wins by, with and through digital capability

This presentation will lay out the 4 fundamental building blocks that make up the Service’s journey towards the Digital Vision. These are an RAF that is instinctively digital, on the grid, digitally robust and at the leading edge of innovation.
