On Wednesday 9 September from 14:00 – 15:30, we are delighted to be hosting the Government Property Agency for an online market engagement event ahead of its ServiceNow Development and Managed Services procurement.

Overview of the requirement

GPA is preparing to procure its ServiceNow Development and Managed Services provision and wants to engage with the market before formally commencing the procurement. The requirement is expected to cover ongoing development, implementation, enhancement and support across GPA's ServiceNow platform. The purpose of the market engagement is to provide potential suppliers with an early overview of GPA's requirements and, importantly, to obtain market insight that can help inform and shape our procurement approach before we go to market.

The GPA anticipate that the virtual session will last no more than two hours and will consist of:

  • Part 1: a short presentation from GPA providing context and an overview of the requirement
  • Part 2: a supplier Q&A session
  • Part 3: an interactive session to gather supplier ideas, feedback and market insight on the proposed requirement and approach

The current indicative timetable is for the procurement to commence in November 2026, with the new contract anticipated to go live in January 2027.
