techUK in partnership with NEPO will be holding a roundtable to better understand where the challenges lie for tech suppliers to deliver social value. The objectives of the roundtable are:

  • Understand the challenges that social value presents to tech and digital firms
  • How we can make social value easier to incorporate into the procurement process to help tech and digital firms
  • How we can use the national ambitions of improving supplier diversity and being more innovative in procurement
  • How we can ensure that the Procurement Bill delivers what is needed

We hope to use the outcomes of the roundtable to continue to champion and create a level playing field for all and ensure procurement becomes the enable, not obstacle, to innovation in our local public services.
