Cyber, AI and Quantum Trade Mission to Australia

The British High Commission Canberra, in association with Defence and Security Exports (UKDSE) and ADS Group, invites you to join a trade mission to meet and engage with stakeholders in Australia’s cyber ecosystem and identify business and collaboration opportunities.

Based on significant market intelligence and policy enablers, such as the AUKUS agreement and the Australian Cyber Security Strategy, the 2023-2025 window has been identified as a key time to engage with Australian government and industry to build long term capacity. As such, resource has been allocated within HMG and ADS to organise a trade mission to Australia.

This mission for circa 15 companies will be centred on cyber and digital capabilities relating to cyber security, digital twinning, IoT security, as well as the defence applications of AI and Quantum technologies.

The mission intends to deepen collaboration in the cyber sector between Australia and the UK following a successful Australian UK-bound trade mission in September 2023 and a follow up UK to Australia mission in November 2024 which featured visits to three cities and yielded engagements with State & Federal government bodies and local industries which were well received by UK delegates.

The mission will be an opportunity to gain exposure to the Australian market via networking events in multiple Australian cities in addition to a tabletop event for UK companies to showcase capabilities to an audience of Australian Government and private sector stakeholders, such as Critical National Infrastructure providers, Internet Service Providers, and local & federal government.

This trade mission is jointly led by UK DSE and ADS Group, with support from AusTrade and Australian Federal and State Governments.
