techUK and the UK Space Agency cordially invite members of the PNT community to collaborate on proposing projects to the European Space Agency (ESA) for consideration in the Element 1 Work Plan for 2025.

Event details

Join us on Friday, May 3rd, from 10:00 to 13:00, in preparing suggestions for the NavISP 2025 Element 1 work plan. The UKSA is looking for industry input on what research you would like to see added to those put out to tender by ESA in 2025, so that they can suggest projects that are beneficial to the field and UK industry.

The projects should be in line with NavISP Element 1 practices of being generally harder to directly commercialise either by being early stage research or by simply having difficulties in achieving funding. This session will help outline the projects, prioritise and in some instances combine project suggestions, and then assign writers to put together a paragraph for ESA’s consideration. These writers will generally be the person who suggested the projects so please be prepared to follow up on any suggestions you make.

This event will be conducted in a roundtable format, accommodating both in-person participation with two groups and an online group, following the outlined agenda below.
