Join us from 23–25 September in Washington DC to strengthen your understanding of the US market, connect with key decision-makers, and inform your company’s transatlantic strategy.

techUK invites members to join our 2025 delegation to Washington DC, an opportunity to connect directly with senior US policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders shaping the future of technology and trade.

Taking place against the backdrop of the recently signed UK-US Economic Prosperity Deal and ongoing discussions around digital trade, AI governance, and tech regulation, this visit provides valuable context and access for UK tech businesses and policy teams navigating the US landscape.

The delegation will offer a series of curated engagements with:

  • Officials from across the US Administration and federal agencies
  • Congressional offices and committees with a focus on technology and trade
  • Key think tanks, advocacy organisations, and US-based industry groups

The agenda will provide:

  • Strategic insight into the regulatory and commercial environment for tech firms operating in or expanding to the US
  • Practical intelligence on market entry, barriers, and partnerships
  • A view of transatlantic discussions on issues such as AI, data, digital trade, and cybersecurity
  • Whether your goal is commercial expansion or policy engagement, this delegation will help you better understand and navigate the US tech and policy ecosystem at a pivotal moment.

This delegation is open to techUK member companies and is particularly suited for:

  • C-level executives (CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors)
  • Heads of policy, public affairs, or regulatory affairs
  • Companies with an existing presence in the US or concrete plans to expand into the market

(Only one participant per member company)

Key dates and logistics:

  • Arrival in Washington DC: Monday 22 September 2025
  • Delegation programme: Tuesday 23 September – Thursday 25 September
  • Departure: Evening of 25 September onwards
  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. techUK will organise the agenda, provide relevant briefings and materials, and coordinate on-the-ground logistics.

Participation Fee:

There is a £250 fee per delegate. This contribution helps cover the additional costs of running international delegations and supports techUK’s ability to deliver more overseas market access opportunities for members in future.

Please register your interest by purchasing a ticket before COB Friday 29 August 2025. Places are limited and will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and representative delegation.

This opportuntity is available to techUK members only. Please reach out to Sabina ([email protected]) if you are not a member and interested in joining techUK and the delegation.
