techUK is pleased to host the Cabinet Office for a briefing session on the Procurement Act. This hybrid event will take place on 24 November 10am-11:30am at techUK’s Offices and online.
The landmark Procurement Act, which received Royal Assent on 26 October, will establish a new regime for procurement for the UK public sector. It promises to create a simpler and more flexible commercial system, open up the market to new entrants such as small businesses and social enterprises, and embed transparency throughout the commercial lifecycle.
Join the Cabinet Office for a dedicated session to help you understand more about the final shape of the Bill and the next steps for implementation as we progress to go-live in October 2024. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
Book your place to attend this session.
