The London Office for Technology & Innovation (LOTI) was launched in June 2019 with the aim to help boroughs work together to bring the best of digital and data innovation to improve public services and outcomes for Londoners. LOTI is made up of a coalition of the Greater London Authority, London Councils and London boroughs.
LOTI delivers on a wide range of areas including skills and leadership, data collaboration to embedding standards. You can find out more about this and projects undertaken here. A core part of its work is building partnerships and improving collaboration between public sector and suppliers.
As LOTI reaches the end of its initial 3-year business plan, techUK is delighted to be convening an industry briefing with its director, Eddie Copeland. This timely event is an opportunity for members and tech suppliers to be better informed of LOTI’s vision, what’s coming next and to share their views on improving supplier relationships and driving innovation in local public services. There will be plenty of time for Q&A and a wider discussion on what good and meaningful market engagement looks like, opening the market to SMEs, and discussing new operating models.
