In July 2021, NHS Digital and NHSX introduced the Frontline Digitisation programme via a supplier forum held in partnership with techUK. Following the success of the first events, we will be continuing the conversation with another industry engagement session.
You may be aware that NHSX is currently running its first ever national EPR usability survey which should gather a complete view of how effectively clinical IT systems are supporting frontline healthcare professionals across the NHS. This is a major piece of research which should provide some important insights into the current usability of EPR systems and how suppliers can work with the NHS to improve user experience in the future.
This session will explore the findings of the first phase of the survey, which ran across all mental health, community and ambulance services earlier this year.
