techUK believes that the development of a thriving digital economy is firmly predicated upon the creation of a secure, flexible, and fully interoperable Digital ID ecosystem. However, as an industry, we are still missing the clarity that only viable market regulation, enabling full interoperability between the public and private sectors, privacy, inclusion and transparency by design can effectively deliver.

techUK's Digital ID Programme Manager Iain McCallum and his guests Lord Tim Clement-Jones and Emma Lindley of Women In Identity will explore some of the highlights in the 2022 White Paper and the recommendations it proposes to help accelerate the delivery of the Framework that industry, civil society, citizens and government alike all want, but in a form that addresses the concerns of each group and reflects accurately the market constraints and dynamics inherent in the ever-evolving Digital ID ecosystem.
