techUK’s response to the consultation on the draft Strategic Steer to the Competition and Markets Authority
techUK agrees with the approach taken in the draft Strategic Steer. However, there are a number of areas where the Government could go further in directing the CMA, so that the authority can carry out its duties it in a way that drives innovation, economic growth and better outcomes for consumers.
