Sponsor the techUK stand at London Tech Week 2025

techUK is exhibiting at London Tech Week, 9-11 June

For the past two years, techUK has exhibited at London Tech Week.

Each year the focus of our stand has been a ‘gallery’ of members who have sponsored space to showcase their logo and value proposition to the 30-45k+ visitors to the event.

Our stand is always popular, and we have been very impressed with both the quantity and quality of the people we have met.

London Tech Week is a great place to make a connection with potential customers, partners, or stakeholders in the global tech ecosystem.

Six reasons to sponsor the techUK stand

We are offering techUK members an opportunity to sponsor one of 10 gallery boards on the techUK stand. We are also offering further opportunities for thought leadership across the week. For £999 + VAT, you’ll get:

  1. Member gallery: Join our gallery of members on the techUK stand. Each participating member will have an A2 gallery board which will highlight your logo, your business focus, a short value statement, and your website URL. We’ll use the gallery as a reference point when speaking to visitors to our stand.
  2. Exhibition stand booklet: We gave away hundreds of booklets last year. Our 2025 booklet will include a directory of the 10 participating members with a focus on your business objectives, and a short value statement.
  3. techUK website: Throughout London Tech Week we’ll have a dedicated area on our website. Participating members will have a dedicated page that will feature your logo, a promotional video, text about your business and your ideal customers, links to your social profiles, and a link to your website.
  4. Blog: Each participating member will be invited to write a London Tech Week focused blog. We’ll publish your blog on our website during the week, link to it from your dedicated webpage, and promote it on our social media accounts to our c100k social media followers.
  5. Social media: Our social media channels are hugely popular. Throughout London Tech Week we’re going to showcase participating members in three ways.
    1. We’re going to promote member blogs.
    2. We’re going to post an image of your A2 board and profile your business.
    3. And we’re going to take pictures and videos of the gallery (and if participating members visit the stand, we’ll post pictures/video of you too).
  6. Newsletters: In our first techUK newsletter after London Tech Week we’ll include a wrap up of the week, and namecheck all participating members, with a link to the webpages we created for you with your profile. The newsletter has approximately 15,000 subscribers.
