SECR Guidance for Data Centre Operators
These new SECR requirements are in place and operators with financial years ending on or after 1st April may need to comply if they are captured by the scheme. Julie Gartside from SLR Consulting has kindly helped us prepare these notes. They explain how you can determine whether your company is obliged under SECR and how to comply with the requirements – namely what information has to be reported and how to report it.
