Participate in Space Skills Alliance’s 2020 Census

techUK members are invited to fill out the 2020 Space Census, which is led by the Space Skills Alliance.

The Census is the first demographic survey of the UK’s space workforce, and will inform national space strategy. The UK Space Agency’s announcement emphasised the vital importance of this survey.

The results will be used to improve what it is like to work in the sector, to tackle discrimination, and to make the sector more attractive to new recruits.

Members can respond via census.spaceskills.org. 

It is a 5-10 minute anonymous online survey of individuals working in the UK space sector in any capacity. The work doesn’t have to be technical, it could be a marketing role. You can check out some FAQs here.

The Census will remain open until the end of the year, but members are encouraged to respond as soon as possible.
