Opportunity: Online Procedure Rule Committee
The MoJ are working to set up a new Online Procedure Rule Committee, which will create Online Procedure Rules to govern conduct of proceedings online across the civil, family and tribunals jurisdictions.
The OPRC is being constituted under the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 and will consist of 6 members; 3 judicial members appointed by the Lord Chief Justice and 3 non-judicial members appointed by the Lord Chancellor.
