Innovation Advice service

We’ve launched a new Innovation Advice service, as part of a public beta test, which has been designed to answer specific data protection questions.

It’s for organisations planning to use the personal data of people living in the UK, to drive a new or innovative product, service, or business model that is not currently live.

The service is open to organisations of any size and in any sector, and questions can be asked at any stage of planning, designing, or development.

The ICO knows that when you’re working at pace you need expert advice and fast – Innovation Advice aims to respond to your queries in just 10 to 15 days.
