Event roundup: roundtable – fighting retail crime with technology

This roundtable brought together retailers, law enforcement and industry to examine how technology can help address retail crime, improve reporting and enhance staff safety. The discussion explored the role of intelligence sharing, governance and accessible technology solutions in supporting more effective prevention and response.

techUK was delighted to host a session focused on how technology can address the growing challenge and effects of retail crime. The event brought together stakeholders from retail, law enforcement, and the broader business community to discuss ways technology can assist retailers and police by reducing incidents, simplifying reporting, improving trend analysis, and enhancing staff safety.
