DWP Digital launches new podcast series

DWP Digital has launched a brand new podcast series, focusing on what government digital transformation looks like in practice.

As the UK’s biggest government department, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is at the forefront of some of the country’s most exciting and important digital projects.  And over the next few months, DWP Digital’s in-house experts will share stories of how they’re using innovation and technology to improve services for more than 20 million people.

In this first episode, Simon McKinnon, Chief Digital and Information Officer and Helen Roberts, Digital Delivery Director, talk about the steps involved with developing the department’s digital strategy and their ambitions for the year ahead.
