Andrew has been at DCMS since 2016 working on digital policy including telecoms and data protection. He is currently responsible for cyber security policy including skills, innovation and product security. His teams also manage a cyber programme portfolio including LORCA, Cyber ASAP, Cyber Discovery and the formation project for the UK Cyber Security Council. Andrew was previously at the Home Office.

Dan joined techUK in August 2017 as the Programme Manager for Defence and Cyber.
Before joining techUK he worked as Forum Lead for the Westminster eForum. In this role he led a programme of conferences in the technology and telecoms space, on issues ranging from Broadband and Mobile Infrastructure, the Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Data and Women in Tech.
Dan has a BA in History from the University of Liverpool.

Sally Walker is on the board of digital skills firm WithYouWithMe, a social purpose company focused on hiring by potential over experience. She also mentors technology start ups on human leadership and sustainable futures through Creative Destruction Labs and the Oxford Business School, and runs leadership development programmes for a variety of industry and governmental clients.
Sally finished her civil service career as Director of Cyber Operations at GCHQ, with joint responsibility for the National Offensive Cyber Programme. In partnership with the Ministry of Defence, she was also responsible for the stand up of the National Cyber Force.

Andy Williams is a cybersecurity business consultant and advisor to governments, industry and academic leaders on transatlantic cyber innovation and commerce.
Over the last two decades he has worked as an international trade advisor on cybersecurity for both the U.S. and UK governments and as a selector and mentor on various cyber innovation and business accelerator programmes.
Previously, he led the international business of UK cybersecurity software company Titania, which supports government and enterprise clients in over 90 countries. He began his career at BT Global.
He is currently a board advisor to several UK and U.S. security companies and, most recently, he is the co-founder of the Transatlantic Cybersecurity Business Network - whose mission is to encourage and facilitate greater dialogue, collaboration and thought leadership between the U.S. and UK on cybersecurity business issues.
