SME Tech Health Check in the Build-Up to Sale
We’ve spoken before about how the regular undertaking of vulnerability assessments, including testing and tech scanning, is an essential process that should be adopted by all organisations. But there’s no time quite as critical as when you’re preparing to sell.
When that time comes, SMEs need to ensure that they have a holistic understanding about the potential issues that could threaten the sale, and more specifically, have the capabilities to comprehensively assess the use of Open-Source Software (OSS) within their technology.
This webinar will look at how SMEs can confidently prepare for sale by conducting a ‘health check’ of their technology. We will discuss how this can be performed through automised scanning which thoroughly analyses every line of code to identify any possible cyber vulnerabilities, intellectual property issues and maintainability risks – all of which will leave SMEs in a stronger pre-sale position.
This is relevant for any SME with sale as a short or long-term possibility, as the sooner a firm assesses their software asset and setup the smoother organic growth of the technology and organisation is.
