The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and techUK are pleased to invite you to an early market engagement webinar to explore wider market interest in a CoTS SaaS-based fleet transport management platform, including integration with various internal and external services.
The webinar will outline the MPS requirements and provide details and timelines for the remainder of the market engagement process, including face-to-face sessions and the upcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT).
This session is an opportunity to learn about the current MPS Fleet Management system and its envisioned future state and capabilities. You will also hear directly from the MPS regarding the requirements and compliance standards that need to be met.

Next steps
In-person one-to-one sessions with industry will be held on July 22, 23, and 24 at the techUK office.
These sessions will be advertised after the webinar, and companies will be able to book a slot. Availability is limited, and one of the key requirements for participating is attending the webinar. This will ensure you understand the project requirements and can assess your organisation’s suitability.

Ella joined techUK in November 2023 as a Markets Team Assistant, supporting the Justice and Emergency Services, Central Government and Financial Services Programmes, before progressing into Junior Programme Manager in January 2024.
Before joining the team, she was working at the Magistrates' Courts in legal administration and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022. Ella attained an undergraduate degree in History and Politics, and a master's degree in International Relations and Security Studies, with a particular interest in studying asylum rights and gendered violence.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, watching true crime documentaries, travelling, and making her best attempts to become a better cook.

Fran serves as the Programme Team Assistant within techUK’s Public Sector Market Programmes, where she is responsible for delivering comprehensive team support, managing administrative functions, and fostering strong relationships with members.
Prior to joining techUK in May 2025, Fran built a meaningful career in the charitable and local government sectors. She worked extensively with both victims and perpetrators of crime, and notably led the coordination of Domestic Homicide Reviews across Surrey—an initiative aimed at identifying lessons and preventing future incidents of domestic abuse.
Outside of work, Fran is an avid traveller and a proud cat mum who enjoys unwinding with her feline companions.
