You are invited to attend a preliminary market engagement webinar hosted by NHS Notify, in support of the upcoming procurement for an automated Billing Tool; Development, Delivery and Support Services. This session will explore early requirements, solution capabilities, and commercial structuring for a tool that will help NHS Notify progress toward financial self-sufficiency by enabling usage-based charging for NHS organisations.

Background

NHS Notify provides a simple, scalable, and cost-effective platform for NHS communications, allowing services to send messages directly to patients for care interventions, without needing integration with multiple systems. The programme enables accurate and efficient communication between the NHS and the public.

The billing solution will play a key role in supporting usage-based pricing, financial governance, and data-driven decision-making across NHS entities.

Webinar Objectives

  • Share NHS Notify’s ambitions for the new billing tool.
  • Present a high-level overview of scope and technical requirements and planned timetable
  • Explore delivery partner expectations and implementation challenges
  • Facilitate supplier input to inform the final commercial and procurement approach

Who Should Attend?

This session is open to supplier organisations with expertise in:

  • Finance and billing software platforms
  • Agile delivery and iterative product designers
  • Financial audit, invoicing, and debt reconciliation systems
  • Tools with proven integration capability with Oracle/ISFE2 and NHS service platforms

Joining instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to the event.
