Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, one of the busiest children’s hospitals in Europe, which cares for more than 330,000 children, young people and their families every year, has set an ambitious digital strategy. It aims to create an “ethos of outstanding digital excellence (…) delivering the best clinical outcomes” as the norm, recognising the opportunities that digital technology brings to health and care.
On 24 March, we are delighted to be joined by Kate Warriner, Chief Digital and Information Officer, and Ian Gilbertson, Associate Director for Digital Transformation, for a member industry briefing. The session will provide an overview of Alder Hey’s digital response to COVID-19, major programmes of work, the Digital Futures strategy and the trust’s approach to working with industry. The second part of the event will offer members a chance to ask any questions that they might have.
