An increasing number of local authorities have been moving towards data-driven approaches to define, deliver and improve their public services for residents.

More and more teams are moving away from the traditional model of implementing and delivering public services as ‘projects’, standalone pieces of work to get a service up and running, then moving onto the next project with no true understanding of how effective the service is performing.

By using data, local authority service teams can begin to identify tangible evidence to inform how their services can be improved, where they can become more efficient, and how to improve the resident experience, all with the mindset that services are never “done” and are delivered through a continuous improvement model.

Join techUK for this one-off session, where local authority teams will be sharing their experiences of introducing, implementing and embedding data-driven approaches to the delivery of their services, and how this approach can better inform key strategic decisions.
