Engagement Opportunity with NHS Urgent & Emergency Care (UEC) Managed Telephony Services

NHS England is seeking to engage with suitably experienced and capable member organisations to support the future development of a procurement for NHS 111, 119 and 999 National Telephony Infrastructure Services.

This early market engagement aims to provide visibility of the anticipated service scope, including potential delivery and commercial models. It will also consider key risks and constraints, while gaining insight into available market solutions, innovation opportunities and social value propositions.

Organisations wishing to attend the market engagement event, scheduled for 14 May 2026 in London, are invited to follow the link published on Find a tender and submit their suitability via NHS England’s e‑Tendering portal.

The opportunity is divided into two lots: Lot A – Hosting and Routing, and Lot B – Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) Cloud Services. Organisations may respond to either lot, or both, as appropriate. The deadline for responses is 10th March 2026.
