SME Member of the Week: X0PA AI

Hear from Nina Alag Suri, CEO and Founder of X0PA, this week's SME Member of the Week.

X0PA AI is the fifth of March's SME Member of the Week. This month, techUK focusing on Women in Tech. Throughout March we are showcasing how SME members are supporting women in tech and gender diversity within the tech industry.

X0PA AI is an AI-powered end-to-end B2B platform that helps streamline hiring and selections to increase efficiencies and remove biases. .

How did your company start?

I was the founder and ceo of a traditional HR consulting and executive search firm with offices across all major countries. The business made me realise the high subjectivity nature of hiring , the process waste and the biases in selection. It was then in 2017 that i decided to disrupt my own business to create X0PA AI with my Co-Founder and use data and AI to help make hiring objective and efficient.

How does your company contribute to this month's theme?

Our biggest moto and ethos of the company is to remove biases from selections and provide equitability in hiring and selections. This goes across hiring , internal mobility and promotions, and similar selections providing equal opportunities to all.

What’s your perspective on the present and the future of this month's theme?

D&I and equitable hiring are important not just because they are the right things to do but they also make commercial sense. Removing bias from hiring not only helps create a diverse workforce but also an innovative workforce.

SME Member of the Week: April - Healthtech

For February's SME Member of the Week, we’ll be focusing on healthtech. With health and care systems around the globe facing increasing pressures, the use of digital technology has never been more important. We'll be looking to showcase SMEs who have developed innovative technologies within health and social care, and who are ensuring the UK's health systems are prepared for the future.

techUK – Women in Tech

techUK is marching forward to close the tech gender gap in 2023. Throughout March, coinciding with International Women’s Day (IWD 2023) on 8 March, we are exploring how we embrace equitable workplaces. The UN’s theme for IWD 2023 focuses on Digital for All or DigitALL, and we are proud to support this.
