Crown Commercial Service Network Services 4 Supplier Engagement Survey

The Crown Commercial Service is running a survey for suppliers of Networks and Telecommunications Services to provide feedback and insight into the development of their upcoming framework.

The Crown Commercial Service is excited to share an opportunity for Suppliers of Networks and Telecommunications Services to provide vital feedback and insight into the development of their upcoming procurement, "Network Services 4". This agreement will be a replacement to the existing "Network Services 3 Framework (RM6116)" agreement due to expire in July 2027.

The purpose of this market engagement is to provide early feedback to help shape the future scope and Lot structure of the agreement. As some of the questions in the survey reference Network Services 3, it is important to review the scope and Lot structure of the current agreement when answering these questions.

Please note, whilst the scope of this survey is targeted towards scope and Lot structure, there will be further opportunities to engage in other aspects of the development of Network Services 4. To keep up-to-date with the latest developments, including timelines, further engagement opportunities and other information, CCS are in the process of creating a dedicated webpage for Network Services 4, which will be held on the CCS 'Upcoming Agreements' page.

Your feedback is extremely valuable and will shape the direction of the framework agreement. It is crucial in refining their approach to meet the needs of all stakeholders. The goal is to create a more effective, efficient, and collaborative framework that is fit for the future. CCS ask that you include as much relevant detail to your answers, where prompted, to provide them with as much rich feedback at this stage as possible.

To account for increased absence during this holiday period, this survey will remain open until the end of September.
