The Tallinn Mechanism (TM), an international initiative strengthening Ukraine’s civilian cyber capacity, has launched TM Platform as a single source of information about the TM, providing up-to-date information about activities, sharing success stories, and offering practical content focused on cooperation opportunities, particularly for the private sector.

It is also an active platform for private sector partners to register for delivery opportunities in Ukraine. This includes exploring tenders, procurements, and cooperation opportunities.

  4. Identify private sector partners and collaborate on joint bids and consortia for Tallinn Mechanism tenders

Launched in 2023, the Tallinn Mechanism helps strengthen Ukraine’s civilian cyber resilience through coordinated international support. It includes 14 countries. The EU, NATO, and the World Bank participate as official observers. The Tallinn Mechanism Project Office (TMPO), based in Kyiv, coordinates the implementation of activities and supports collaboration between Ukrainian institutions and international partners.
