On Wednesday 21 September from 10:00 - 11:30 techUK is delighted to be hosting the Home Office Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) team for a virtual briefing on phase two of the Optimus Programme.
Home Office DDaT is evolving to meet the changing digital, data and technology needs of the Home Office. Optimus, a multi-year change programme, is driving this evolution and delivering the capabilities to shape, build and run the services needed to support Home Office transformation. Optimus will improve DDaT’s ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Home Office to deliver our technology objectives, improve our staff experience, strengthen our in-house capability, and to better protect the public and deliver better value for money for the taxpayer.
Since 2018, Optimus has made significant progress in establishing key enablers for DDaT transformation. The programme will now focus on using this platform to deliver three strategic and transformational outcomes.
This engagement session will allow Home Office to update attendees on how the Optimus Programme has re-shaped; the programme’s priorities and the Home Office will provide an overview of a series of high value, professions based procurements that will be launched from October onwards.
