Elected group
This is an elected group compiled of techUK members. To find out more about the election process and timetable, please contact the group managers below.
The Interoperability for Policing Working Group is a member-led initiative and aims to accelerate the interoperability of police IT systems.
The group has been formally established in 2018 and has reached a strong consensus that further engagement between tech industry and senior policing stakeholders could ensure the benefits of interoperability.
The group is working in collaboration with PDS and the Home Office to understanding the challenges and barriers faced by policing in relation to interoperability.
As a working group we get the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to solving issues, and we get to collaborate as the voice of industry with key stakeholders to help shape the future of interoperable technology in law enforcement.
