This is a two - half day course

Why should you choose this course?

A lot of what we do at work and generally in life can be classified as a Project. Yet, more often than not, nobody has shown us what it takes to organise and see through those pieces of work successfully. That frequently results in anxiety, frustration and disappointment when we look back at our important things in life, our projects, knowing that we could have done better.

This course is for anybody who seeks to become better at managing Projects of any nature: professional or personal. It has been designed to introduce you to the tools and techniques that the experts use, making them understandable, usable and relevant to your individual needs and circumstances.

Who should attend?

  • Everyone – It is Project Management for LIFE !!!
  • If you are overwhelmed when tackling large pieces of work and is looking for a clear methodology on how to plan, implement and finish projects.
  • If you are curious and pragmatic about “getting things done” and interested in learning about the good practices, experiences and mistakes of professional Project Managers.
  • If you wish to further develop your personal skills in leadership, management, resilience and discipline.
  • If you are invested in making the most out of a “bunch of people who need to work together for a common purpose” (aka a team).
  • If you desire less chaos and stress in your life and want to cope better with change and risk – (Unless you like high blood-pressure)

What is the course outcome?

The course will take you from being an absolute beginner, to understanding the basics of Project Management and knowing how and where to apply these in different circumstances and occasions throughout your personal or professional life. We will introduce you to terminology, proven and tested approaches and practical tools that you can use straight away, providing you with plenty of examples and practical use cases.
