Join this event to shape the upcoming National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, which will be published later this year. The National AI Strategy will ensure that the UK continues our global leadership in the research, development, commercialisation and adoption of responsible AI.

As well as the update on the latest findings, the session will include: a brief introduction to the overall strategy and an overview of the current AI skills landscape by the Office for Artificial Intelligence and Department for Education, followed by working groups focussed on different levels of AI skills including:

  • school aged education
  • higher education
  • top talent
  • upskilling the current workforce and skills to work with AI

When booking the event, please make it clear which breakout group you would like to attend in the 'Access requirement' field.

Creating opportunities to improve AI skills is central to levelling up opportunities in this sector and across all regions. We hope you can join us and share your thoughts and comments in this area.

This event is open to all but techUK members have preferential attendance. If you are not a techUK member please contact Zoe Brockbank to register for this roundtable.
