MWC Barcelona (formerly known as Mobile World Congress) is the world’s biggest and most influential mobile event. This year it ran from 28 February to 3 March, again in hybrid form. According to the GSMA, "More than 60,000 attendees convened in-person from around the world to discuss the convergence of mobile, the potential of the metaverse and transforming vertical industries." This year's theme was Connectivity Unleashed.
For the past 10+ years, Women in Telecoms & Technology has hosted a post-MWC event to provide news and views from the show for those of us who weren't able to make it to Barcelona. We're pleased to be able to bring you this event again this year; as with MWC, our event will be a hybrid in-person/on-Zoom discussion.
