We are delighted to be hosting the Industry Events Team from the Home Office Commercial Directorate, for a virtual Digital and Technology Industry Event for SMEs on Friday 11 March, from 10:00 - 12:00.

The team deliver strategic Industry Events, aimed at harnessing suppliers’ insights, knowledge and expertise about their industry, and enhancing collaboration with the market. These insights will be used to develop appropriate commercial strategies, and ensure optimal service delivery for the public.

This event will not focus on a specific procurement or contract activity, instead the event will be an opportunity for both The Home Office and SMEs to share knowledge around the Digital and Technology market and public procurement processes.

During the event, there will be interactive workshops between the SME attendees and government representatives, where participation will be encouraged. Topics of conversation may centre around understanding public procurement processes, barriers to entry for SMEs, pricing models, terms and conditions, financial standing testing and liabilities.

The Home Office is keen to get industry expertise and input on these conversations. We will also be sending out a pre-event survey to attendees to gather initial thoughts.

If this is something you're interested in, make sure to register your place! In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected], or contact a member of our team.
