To best assist our members and the industry achieve their growth plans, techUK has created the 'SME Growth Series' to share knowledge from industry experts and help the tech SME community sell successfully..

Differentiating a value proposition 

After previous sessions on value propositions and creating effective and engaging presentations, Mike Ward will lead another session in the SME Growth Series. In this session, we'll be focused on how you differentiate yourselves from competitors, with the question being: We’ve developed a value proposition but frankly it’s much the same as most of our competitors.  How do we differentiate ourselves?”

So in this session, Mike will assume that you’re operating in a sector where you have to sell against multiple competitors all offering pretty much the same service at a similar price.  He’ll show you how to increase your conversion rates, win more profitable business and reduce your cost of sale with a few simple techniques you can implement straight away.

As with the previous sessions, we will be looking for two members facing such a challenge who would like to act as case studies.  You’ll know from his previous sessions that participation means you benefit from some one-to-one consultancy and a raised profile amongst your techUK peers.
