The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), in collaboration with techUK, is hosting a market engagement webinar in preparation for procurement of technology and digital services during 2022. The services for procurement include: End user compute; LAN; WAN; Voice and Video. 

During the webinar, the MoJ will outline its ‘Evolve’ Digital & Technology strategy for future services. The MoJ will provide an overview of its technology landscape and ambitions, before going into more detail for each service. Topics will include design principles, capabilities, procurement pipeline, routes to market, how to get involved, progress so far and next steps.

Attendees are being asked to pre-select which one of the following three breakout rooms they wish to join. Please email [email protected] highlighting which one you woud like to join. 

1. Network Services: This breakout session will provide an overview of the current MoJ Network (WAN/LAN) service, describe the ambition for the Network services in regards to delivering improved end user experiences and outline the core capabilities that provide the underlying network platform for MoJ D&T Services.

2. Voice and Video Services: This breakout session will provide a high level overview of the current MoJ Voice and Video landscape.  This includes a summary of the principles which are being used to shape the future state of Voice and Video Services at Ministry of Justice and respond to the challenges that exist within the organisation. 

3. End User Computing Services: This breakout session will provide an introduction to the current End User Compute landscape, outline the design principles which are being used to shape the future state of End User Computing Services at Ministry of Justice, and set out our future EUCS capability model with insights into topics such as Device Management, Identity and Access Management, Technical Infrastructure.

The session will also provide an opportunity for questions. The MoJ is keen to test its thinking and gather feedback on its approaches, including on sequencing of procurements, transition approach and considerations, contract arrangements and scope, collaboration between suppliers, SME engagement throughout the supply chain, and delivering social value.
